Small team.
Unreasonably large impact.

Every person here changes what thousands of HR teams can do with their workforce data. That's the trade — fewer people, more ownership, and work that shows up in someone's Monday morning.

What we're doing here

We're trying to make HR the most data-driven team in the building — without adding a single hour to their week.

HR teams sit on some of the most valuable data in any company: who's joining, who's leaving, who's stuck, what it costs, and where the risk is building. Most of it stays locked in systems that were never designed to answer questions. We're the layer that changes that — and every role here, technical or not, exists to make that answer arrive faster and be easier to trust.

How we work

What it's actually like here.

No perks list. Here's the honest shape of the job.

Remote, genuinely

Not "remote-friendly with a preferred office." The team works distributed, and the tools and habits are built for that rather than bolted onto an office culture.

You'll own the whole thing

On a team this size there's no handing work over a wall. You'll scope it, build it, ship it, and see what it did — which is either the best part of the job or the wrong job for you.

Close to customers

Everyone hears from the HR leaders who use this. Not through a summary three teams removed — on calls, in tickets, in the roadmap conversation.

Real data, real stakes

People's compensation, tenure, and identity run through this platform. Careful work matters more than fast work, and everyone here treats that seriously.

Plain language, always

We write like people talk — in the product, in the docs, and with each other. If an explanation needs jargon to sound smart, it isn't finished.

Focus over volume

We ship fewer things and finish them. The measure isn't how much shipped this quarter — it's whether an HR team's week got easier because of it.

We're not hiring at the moment.

That's the honest answer, and we'd rather say it than keep a stale list of roles on the page. There's nothing open today, and realistically nothing opening in the next few months.

When that changes, this is the first place it'll show up. If the work sounds like yours, tell us now — we keep a short list, and it's the first thing we look at before a role goes public.

No form, no portal, no black hole. A real note reaches a real person.
